"clean, quiet, disappointing overall with zéro ambiance."

Though the room and actual breakfast were fine, it is a cold, isolated, homogenized conference center with impersonnel hôtel rooms.

The word LODGE means cozy, warm, personal, with character. This location was none of that. It was stérile, impersonnel and obviously too far out for most people to stay so it is used for conférences. Very dispappointing for me. The salad I ordered for dinner was unedible as it was swimming in salade dressing which made it soaking wet. Not a crise Leaf was to be found. Any person who has the slighest knowledge of cooking would not have made this mistake.

"Lovely atmosphere and views in this refined hotel"

The atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. It felt cozy and private most of the time, despite the large size. The view from our room was nice. The variety at breakfast was good, as was the quality.

The double bed was two singles pushed together with a double fitted sheet over it, so wasn't overly comfortable.
