Roman Way Hotel A5 Cannock

Room was terrible. Not clean ,paper comming off the walls, bath dirty,corridors smelt and condensation on the inside of the windows! Wont be staying or recommending again

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. I checked in on a Sunday afternoon - met by nobody at reception. Had to ring a phone for someone to check me in. The room and the hotel in general are very decrepit. The room however was very spacious, comfortable and clean, given these facts, I'd probably stay there again.

The room was nicely appointed with good lighting.The bath was a little tired but overall the hotel and car parking exellent

Stayed before so knew parking is good. And the food is good..comfortable room and facilities.

Great big crack in bathroom sink,said they could not move us because they were full,went to bar to order some food mid afternoon there was no service that time of day.

Good service, nice place , not sure why they have any bad reviews, good parking 👍 thumbs up from me , I travel the country for work and this place ticked all the boxes

Bathroom and carpets dirty. Bathroom dusty on top of toilet system and all round base of toilet. Paint over carpets throughout and in my friends room also.

They are having works done at the moment Fire alarms went of twice no sorry from the staff Premier inn would have given you a refund

I have stayed in this hotel many times but this stay was the most uncomfortable stay that I had ever had room was very dated the bed was like a plank of wood and bathroom was clean but bits missing and also very dated and old looking. Staff were very friendly

Good location. Good value for money. Pleasant staff. Carpet was I need or replacing.
