Overall, our stay was unfortunately below expectations. The biggest issue was the room. There was no air conditioning, and it felt very stuffy with almost no airflow. The room had a musty smell, similar to opening an old wardrobe that hasn’t been aired out for a long time. Although there was a window, it only opened a tiny amount, so it didn’t do much to improve the ventilation. We visited in June, and the room became quite warm and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the bed, pillows, and duvet were very comfortable. We were also given a pet-friendly room, which included a dog bed, food and water bowls, and treats. That was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was 200 SEK extra for that room. The bathroom was acceptable, although the shower had very low water pressure. I also found a live bug running across the bathroom floor (see attached photo). The biggest disappointment was the private parking. I booked it in advance, entered my license plate number during the reservation and was assigned a specific numbered parking space. However, when I arrived, I first had to go to reception to collect a key and manually unlock the gate. While I understand locking the parking area overnight for security, having to fetch a key every time feels like an unnecessary inconvenience. An automatic gate or assistance from hotel staff would make much more sense. Once inside, I discovered that my assigned parking space was already occupied. When I informed the reception, I was told there was nothing they could do because they don’t know which license plates belong to arriving guests. That explanation was confusing, considering guests are required to enter their license plate when booking, and each reservation is assigned a specific parking space. It shouldn’t be possible for someone else to occupy a reserved spot. Fortunately, there was an available disabled parking space that I was allowed to use, otherwise the parking area was completely full.

Fel på avloppet eller vattenlåset i badrummet för hela rummet luktade avlopp. Vi hittade också någons strumpor under sängen.

Det ligger väldigt centralt.

Rummen är riktigt slitna. Saker trasiga i badrummet.

Att rummet var långt från receptioon. Fick ta hiss två gånger och ta sig igenon 2 byggnader var dåligt. Rummet var utmärkt
