"Great staff but an average hotel."

Great location in the city centre. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection of food. Especially good if you're gluten/lactose intolerant.

The room was extremely hot and the window didn't stay open when it was opened. There is no air conditioning either. There was very little soundproofing towards the outside, so despite staying on the 4th floor the street noise was noticable and kept us awake.
