The staff was very deaf aware and made us feel welcome right from the check in and ensured we were happy and comfortable. Your bed and especially YOUR amazing feather pillows it was a dream one of the best nights sleep ever!! Thank you again for your service and facilities.

Poor information spa was closed on arrival 😢 I travelled all the way from Wolverhampton thay pre said the spa was open as well when we got their and their was no entertainment 😢 only booked meal but sold out :( to go back in Nottingham town. It would of cost £25 in a taxi so I decided to get room service but no reception man was nice he put me threw to kitchen but unfortunately thay decided to keep hanging up on me so I had ordered kfc

"Worth every dime and worth the stay even without the spa."

Property was quiet whilst we had our stay and very cozy. Free parking and local stores made our stay stress free.

Property was clean and comfortable. Swimming pool and spa was easily accessible and relaxing. No hassle using the swimming pool but the spa was very busy with many bookings so book in advance. We were lucky to book the spa for the next day and it was fabulous. Worth every penny. Considering our experience in Nottingham city centre with some really bad people ruining our experience having the spa treatment last helped us release all our tension.

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable

It was very dirty. The glasses in the room was dirty, in bathroom was a lot of mould. We can't get the towel or flips for swimming pool. The water in swimming pool was really cold

Clean & warm room - no meals taken

While limited staff & opening hours due to Christmas, the bar closed earlier and the swimming pool was not open from the time stated on the Christmas hours sheet left in the room. Plus the public staircase was dirty.
