This hotel, part of the Radisson Hotel Group, is well located, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and professional throughout the stay. The room was well equipped, with very comfortable bedding, making for a restful experience. Breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a good variety to suit different preferences. The gym is fairly basic, but provides adequate equipment for a simple workout. Overall, a pleasant stay, with just a small but important improvement needed in communication around billing practices.

One point worth noting is that the hotel charged the first night prior to arrival without any prior notice. This unexpected transaction led to my credit card being temporarily blocked due to suspected fraud. While the issue was ultimately resolved, clearer communication in advance regarding pre-authorisation or early charges would help avoid this kind of inconvenience for guests.

Прекрасный отель с отличным местоположением. 2 минуты до станции метро, 15 минут до Ванфуцзин и около 30 до главной достопримечательности Пекина - Запретного города. Возле отеля есть торговый центр, где на цокольном этаже располагается супермаркет, цены чуть ниже, чем в 7/11. Приветливый, отзывчивый персонал, который всегда поможет и расскажет. Есть прачечная с сушильными машинами. В номерах чисто и уютно. Есть утюг с гладильной доской, чайник, капсульная кофемашина. чай, кофе, вода пополняются ежедневно.

1. The room condition which looks old especially those wooden furniture.(Looks like a North Korean hotel which totally opposites with the grand lobby) 2. Room for 3 but couldn't open our entire luggage in the room as there are no spaces available. 3. An unnecessary glass coffee table that is heavy and hard to be shifted, this occupied certain space of our room(1309) 4. No spray bidet available for WC. 5. Entitled Washing/ Drying machines that are constantly creates problem where it doesn't work well, clothes are not drying enough. 6. The total washing machine and dryer machine are not balanced, therefore a long queue for the drying machine after washing is finished. 7. AC was not available in the first few days and the receptionist claimed that AC was shut down and operating on natural air. 8. The entitled shaver blade is not sharp enough. 9. The room charges(6 nights) were not worthy with the room condition.( I can lower prices for the same 3 pax room in Pan Pacific Hotel)
