They never open the door for me

The shower worked.

The wall lights did not work. The landline phone did not work. The tv and WiFi did not work. The smoke alarm was laying on the dresser. Holes in floorboard. Your website pictures did not tell the truth at all.

Nothing.

Got the second floor corner hotel room where the door was not noise proof. The traffic and train noise could kept everyone up. The toliet/shower door does not close at all and no towels are provided, bring your own instead. Fire alarm was not working and was left by the night stand. The blankets smell like cigarette and pillow cases was dirty as if it was not washed. Worst hotel ever.

Comfortable but noisy because of the traffic.

The bathtub and sink are peeling and it looked not clean.

The employees were great, very friendly and helpful.

The room could have been better, the beds were not very comfortable but fair. The room could have been more cleaner than it was but we dealt with it.
