Americas Best Value Inn Greeley Evans

Convenient budget lodging. Complimentary breakfast but only afew items. No elevator. Room was adequately equipped.

I would not stay here again. Unfortunately America's Best inn in Evans is not a good place to stay. The first room we got smelt like smoke, the paint was chipped on the walls and there were drips of some sort running down the walls as well. The next room I got did not smell like smoke and I figured it was the best I was going to get even though it was very small, no smoke detector, stained towels, very few outlets (there was not even an outlet to plug in the hair dryer that was installed in the bathroom don't know what they were thinking there). The towels were very small. The 2 pillows were small and lumpy. If you do stay here I recommend bringing your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. The pool is out of commission it was not an advertised amenity so I was not expecting it neither should you. Looks like someone's spray painting it blue. The motel is not in a nice area either. Right next to the highway, unkept exterior (weeds, trash). Onto the pluses... There was a working microwave and refrigerator. AC worked. No bed bugs! My truck did not get broken into. I did not get attacked by long-term residence.

Pot smell, not clean, pool was not able to use. Looked trashy. Outdated room. Felt unsafe.

What I liked about the property was how the lobby looked liked!!! Loved the way it was decorated very neat and clean!!

What I didn’t like was how it sort of smelt like cigarettes but it didn’t bother me to the point where it was a bad review! It only caught me off guard:)!!

Well, previously I had no problems with this place, in fact I was even going to write a positive review as they had returned some things I had left in my room almost a week later. But unfortunately this last stay was the worst I have ever experienced. At first we thought the room was clean, but as the stay went on I felt like the comforter had some grit on it. I wiped everything off and I realized that the debris wasn't dirt, but actually bugs. And upon further inspection they were BEDBUGS. I took off the comforter and there were TONS of BEDBUGS and other critters I don't even want to know what they are. The next day we tried to complain and the manager accused us of bringing the bedbugs in and was very upset that we had called corporate. The manager offered no resolution and even when I protested to the maids they simply didn't care and continued to make the beds. No one at this establishment cares that they are renting rooms to people with bedbugs and they offered no compensation or resolution. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this place. To the owner. If you offer an adequate resolution I would be happy to take this review off. Thank you

Absolutely NOTHING!

When we got to the motel and checked in, we were given keys. Upon arriving in the room, we found the room to already be rented to people. The motel was dirty. It smelled bad and the staff acted like they didn’t know what they were doing.

The TV did not work. The window did not lock the towels and sheets were all stained .when I got in the shower Dirt was washed off of my feet just from walking on the floor.Dogs that people left outside their door barked all night.There were drug deals in the parking lot police involved, this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I was actually scared to stay there. I did not stay the second night that I had reserved. I drove two hours home and two hours back for my meeting the next day.

My experience at the motel was quite unpleasant. As soon as I entered the room, I was hit with the overpowering smell of smoke. To make matters worse, there were cigarette butts scattered on the floor, indicating a lack of cleanliness. The sight of exposed drywall on the walls further added to my disappointment. It's clear that the motel's upkeep and maintenance standards are severely lacking, making for a disappointing stay.
