There was a pool table and table football.

Wifi is touchy, staff is unresponsive, stairs are not built properly, beds aren't comfortable, staff unavailable at night, a very loud alarm on the fire panel was sounding all night and no staff was available.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Sheets were not clean.. the TV didn’t work .. fridge setting were off and it froze everything I put in.. clearly a drug and prostitution hotel.. noise and knocking in both my neighbors doors allllll night I think it stopped around 6am.Never again. Staff was decent.

Old hotel, like something out of a city in a western movie maybe. In Chicago it may be a novelty but not really here.

This is a very “rough” area. Lots of people around who were not “officially” staying there hanging out in lobby until early morning/late night. Walls paper thin, could hear every conversation, cough, laugh, party, etc around us. When we arrived, we were told to park out front because those cameras “still work” and they could keep an eye on our vehicle. There was NO staff on Sunday night. The office was CLOSED. Originally made the reservation for four people, but fortunately only two of us came and stayed bc the room and beds were tiny (and also painted an obnoxious bright blue color). The breakfast was not a breakfast. Two cereal dispensers that were a mess- and a gallon jug of milk in a small fridge. There were people living here, it’s not just a hotel. The cleaning crew also vacuumed at 10:30 pm. It was a very loud environment and made for rough sleeping. I’ve stayed in outdated places but have never been in one this bad. Our bathroom door had been patched, the ceiling looked like it could cave in, the carpet had ripped spots, the bed frame had a phone number etched in the headboard…. I could go on. I won’t book there again and would not recommend.
