"We like the hotel central location with many food within walking distance."

The staff was experience, especially Manager Mark. We checked in very late at night, and his experience helps us with our room together and upgraded. Another is the concierge manager 邓宇 who helps to us to get a premier taxi with his own hp.

Need to keep the air conditioning turned on in the building when the temperature requires it. The rooms were too hot, no option of air con. That is the same around China at the moment... but if the weather is warmer than expected, turn it back on again!

"Excellent stay at a comfortable hotel"

I have stayed here a couple of times. It is excellent value for money with comfortable, quiet rooms at a good price. Staffe are friendly and the location is 10 mina from the west lake and longxiaqi station.
