Reasonably good location. You are short walk toWest Lake, and the walk to the main area has lots of nice tourist shops and coffee shops along the route. There are amusing cleaning robots in the lobby. The staff are helpful and patient.

The view from the window isn't much to gaze at (it's just the fairly boring city really) The exterior of the hotel was undergoing a big refurb when I visited - it looked like a building site from the outside. That said I didn't hear any construction noise in my room.

From first entry to check-out, nothing really pleasant to say about this hotel.

The rooms smell like the dust of the last 50 years is still in there. The gym was closed without any information in advance, no hair dryer, really old fashion interior, none of the staff speaks English well enough to communicate.

Very nice view at 12th floor with no noise at all. and the facilities are quite new and it looks like it’s just newly decorated. The breakfast can be provided from 6:30-10:00, with many different food and cuisines. I like the wonton very much. :D The location is also not bad. 700m away from subway line 1. Close to Shopping malls like in77. Special thanks to Eileen WAN for being very caring and helpful.
