The staff were unbelievable! Extremely accommodating to all our requests, going above and beyond! This was a beautiful boutique hotel, right in the centre of Amalfi. Definitely returning!

"bad experience bad behabiour of manager and her husband"

worst ever hotel.is good.looking took.it for 2 days and lady manager very very arrogant sold.it to.someone for more money for next day hotel receptionist was jice she was feeling ashamed of her managers behaviour they need only cash they dont want to print bill easily i dont know why only bad review hotel.manager very very arrogant and harsh i dont know how people hire such people really and above all her husband was banging doors and doing all drama thinking people paying 400 euro a night come from streets not recommended 00000 star management shpuld kick this old lady and her husband out

This is a great location for a stay in amalfi. It's a slight walk from the circle as cars can't go up the road to the hotel entrance.. there are two ways to enter; one that has twenty nine steps and one that has five so choose wisely of you have a lot of luggage! You can walk straight up the street past the duomo. And you will have twenty nine steps to climb with luggage. if you go through the arch to the left you will only have five steps and an incline...

Hotel Amalfi is close to the main square and short walk to ferry’s and transportation, I would recommend it. Breakfast is abundant and worth it as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone

I stayed at Hotel Amalfi July 5 to 8 2024 with my two kids and wife. It is a GREAT location in Amalfi city-village, 2 min walk to piazza, church, restaurants, shops, and 7 min walk to Amalfi ferry port. Breakfast included has lots of varieties that includes cafe, coffee, tea, juices and etc. Ciro and his team are Fantastic! They helped us celebrate our kids vacation birthday and also organized transfer from to Salerno train station for additonal charges. I would stay here again when I return.

Staff is some what lazy and on the very first day we found flee under bedsheet. Upon complain, answer was very unsatisfactory. When we extended our stay and got very nice, clean upscale room. Rest was all excellent.
