Room was basic! No air conditioning unfortunately, although a fan was provided. For any person planning a stay, try and ask for a room away from the HGV parking. Fridge trailers running all night, prevented being able to leave the window open for air.

At 1am we were checked into a room that was already occupied. A shock for the person both in the room and the person entering to room at that time of night. We were told ‘human error can happen’ as we all know.

"Turn the sun down....."

Stayed here for a one night break on our way home. For the for the first time we booked in on-line: never again. We were given the furthest room on the top floor from reception and couldn't be changed - nightmare. The weather was over powering and its a good job the hotel room had a electric fan and we still had to open the window. The Sun needed to be turned down or off. The room was clean and tidy and a tv that had a large selection of channels. We had a good night sleep, can hardly blame the hotel if you don't. Not sure about a parking space if the services get busy as it was on the day we arrived but we squeezed in on the last spot. A good hotel, in a good location (for a break) and with good staff what more do you want. Bon Journey

When checking in at 7pm on the Saturday night the man who greeted us at the desk was very polite and made us feel at ease. He explained everything in great detail and couldnt do enough to help, for example when we asked he gave us extra towels and tea ect. Would 100000% stay again

"Hotel stay"

Rooms clean and all staff are welcoming always with anything you need from new towels to tea and coffee and you fancy a chat they are always there to talk to from reception to the entire house clean ing team they become part of your life while you are there
