Hotel was average. Nothing special and was only used to stay 1 night so wasnt expecting it to be 5 star.

"Avoid using unless there is no other option available"

Use only if there is nothing else available. Recognition of Wyndham Rewards members was non-existent and the receptionist confused herself about the details of our room reservation. She was clearly overstretched and that is a problem for Days Inn management to address. This was a poor experience overall.

The property needs air conditioning. The room temperature was unbearable and the 1 small fan didn't do anything to help. The staff were fantastic. Hotel could do with a referb. The area outside the hotel was dirty but that's not the hotel's fault as it's a service station.

What a place!! The staff are amazing especially Lorraine!! Lovely stay, great food and lots to do with the kids. Pet friendly is always an advantage.

Lorraine is amazing, what an experience. I never write reviews but for her … I’d write a poem. I’d highly recommend Leicester days inn if Lorraine is at the front desk.

This place is awful … Disney speak to receptionist not helpful .. put us in a room with lorry carpark outside running engines all night and so loud .. was with a child to and they would have known a lot noise in that area of hotel .. smell of drugs along corridors and the room was so hot little fan was out in room and couldn’t open window wide enough to get air through .. won’t recommend if you want a quite nights sleep as you won’t get it .
