"Terrible "

Toilet door wouldnt close completely or lock. Bathroom fan didn't work. Window wouldnt open so the whole room was humid. Tiny for a family room. We were charged £5 extra for parking as didn't book directly but this was not made clear at time of booking.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend and have to say what a great time we had, all the staff we encountered were exceptional. Our room was very clean but it was also very hot.

We love this hotel, and stay whenever possible, it is great valve for money, and the staff are brilliant. I have to say the hotel is looking tired, it’s in need of an upgrade, but the stsff make it worth the stay.

Blood stains on the wall, Leicesters homeless live there, people praying outside the room window stopping me sleeping

Nice enough served it’s purpose! Shower fab unfortunately no shower gel / shampoo in despencer and room could do with an update / refresh

There is only air conditioning in the reception. The rooms are easily over 30 degrees on both nights we stayed. Also the tables outside the hotel. The people were shouting at the table while drinking alcohol. So basically most of the night was very noisy

Staff excellent. Room absolutely baking hot despite outside temperature not being too bad, especially at night. Extremely uncomfortable.
