Great stay and good value for money. The hotel was clean and tidy but somewhat dated, all the staff are polite and friendly.

Stayed at the weekend for night out with friends. Rooms were clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful. For the price paid could not fault it.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, fresh, and nicely decorated. Everything smelled great and was well-maintained. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is perfect – close to everything you need, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Didnt eat

I booked with a request for an accessible room as I am disabled, but on arrival was told none were available. My son even offered to pay extra, yet we were placed on last room on 2nd floor and not even Twin was given and he had to drag me in a wheelchair, which was unsafe and humiliating. Shockingly, a ground floor room was given to another guest who checked in after us. To make matters worse, a staff member (Gas) even called us “trouble” for simply requesting a more suitable room. The lack of care, accessibility, and respect for disabled guests was unacceptable. I this is is more reflective of the staff who need more training which gives the hotel a bad name.

Appalling experience at Days Inn Leicester. A staff member named Gaz should not be in a customer-facing role. He was openly rude, dismissive, and bad-mannered throughout our interaction. He even told me and my disabled mother that we were “a problem” — a shocking and discriminatory remark that left us humiliated. Despite knowing my mother relies on a wheelchair, Gaz allocated us the last available room on the second floor, making access almost impossible. To make matters worse, the next guest after us was given a ground-floor room, even though we had specifically requested an accessible room. His attitude was unprofessional, uncaring, and completely unacceptable for someone working in hospitality. This experience caused unnecessary stress and upset during what should have been a simple overnight stay. Gaz’s behaviour reflects terribly on Days Inn, and I sincerely hope the management reviews his conduct — he should not be allowed to treat other guests this way.

Room clean & amenities are standard. Comfortable bed, however noisy room adjacent to the HGV park! Staff very friendly.

Tarlek on front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Went beyond expectations to help after I had experienced a car breakdown and needed to stay at the last minute. Found me a good room and ensured I had everything I needed. Would recommend to others

The room was perfect but the noise from the air con was disruptive through the night.
