"Excellent"

This was a nice place to stay and all the eating places are a short walk away , you do not even have to go outside to reach , Starbucks , Waitrose , Burger King and more . Very convenient

"One night stay"

Room poor, had cobwebs on inside of windows, shower taps very stiff to use, had to pay for parking which is stupid for a motorway service station.

The service and cleanliness of this hotel has not changed in all the years I've been visiting 20+..although there have been staff changes the team all work together to provide a most enjoyable stay and the present team strive to maintain a first class service. The friendly welcome is always there and makes for a first class stay from beginning to end. We'll done all.

Staff was not good bcoz when I was resting one of your staff keep coming and knocking my door for just car park pay when I check out of course I’m gona pay for car park i was not gona run away . Bad experience I won’t book again and tell friend as well not to book in day innn thank you 👎

"Great overnight stop"

Surprisingly great overnight stay. Not sure what to expect staying on M1 services. All good however. Checkin very easy. Room was very clean and fresh, bed very comfortable. Great to have a mini fridge. Staff very friendly, courteous and polite. Also useful to have use of a microwave and toaster. All in all, ideal stopover enrouteup the M1.

"Stay"

Hello I wasn't going to complain but felt that you need to listen to what happened with our stay . We booked two rooms on the evening of the 21st of August which were opposite each other I was woken at 136am with one of my party as he was woken by one of your staff who said he was in the wrong room! I explained to the staff that he had the correct number on his card and if it was the wrong room how did the key fob work? He agreed and keft and said he would sort this out and he could stay in the room.. Really !! The room which he had booked . We never slept much this evening and it was very poor service and we won't be returning ever to this motel . Very alarming service !!! Melvyn Baker
