Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort & Spa

My family and I stayed at this resort for our final two nights in Vietnam and I must say it was the best we’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfect thanks to Thanh Pham who made our stay truly wonderful. She was incredibly helpful and attentive. I also want to mention Nhan a Thinh who helped us fix our broken Vietnamese after arriving at the airport. Within a day he had it perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience. We stayed for 8 wonderful days. Beautiful view. Amazing staff. Special accommodations to the staff in the restaurant: Vi, Quý, Thịnh, Văn Khánh, Kiều Hương, Thanh, Thạch, Thanh Phạm. Would come back next year

We read the reviews before we booked and we’re not disappointed!!!! Firstly the staff are excellent…. Thanh Pham on reception and Van in the restaurant are exceptional Secondly our beach front bungalow was fantastic Thirdly the restaurant and meals were very good and last the infinity pool was just excellent and large and clean

A quiet, secluded beach side gem located between Phan Thiet and Miu Ne. Has the feel of an African lodge but in a coastal location. Food is excellent, as is the service, with Thanh Pham and the restaurant team always providing friendly attention to guests. Hotel reception staff are always keen to help and assist, as are the many other staff in this lovely hotel. Some aspects of the Victoria hotel are a little dated now, but value for money is unbeatable. Thank you to all the staff

When we arrived we were upgraded to a bigger spacious room number 60 which was big. A member of staff Thahn Pamn went above and beyond to make our experience there so much better. Any problems we had she smoothed them out instantly and was very helpful with local trips etc. Only thing was everything shut down by 10pm when we would like to carry on drinking and socialising . Rooms were clean and breakfast was very varied and tasty. The security on front was always friendly with big smiles and helpful also Ron on poolside was always smiling and helpful tp

Me and my mum had a 2 week stay at Victoria Phan Thiết resort and spa from the 22nd Jan - 5th Feb and we must say it was an amazing hotel. We got there an hour before check in and was welcomed with drinks. They managed to have us in our room before the actual check in time, which was great as all we wanted to do was settle in after a long flight. The hotel and its grounds are clean, tidy and all the staff where very nice & helpful. We had a sea view bungalow which was clean, No noise, airncon, great value, comfy bed with mosquito net. Hardly any mosquitos as they fumigate. Don't worry they give notice. It felt very homely. There is also a turn down service every evening where they bring you a bedtime story in the form of a scroll along with a sweet treat. A nice little touch. The hotel is on the beach with the restaurant in the perfect location over looking the beautiful crashing waves. The food absolutely delicious, we kept on going back to try other dishes on the menu. Mostly finishing of with the lava cake 10/10. As for the staff at the restaurant... they where all so kind & caring. They honestly made me and my mum enjoy our visits to the restaurant. They work so hard and are always smiling. Shout out to Van, Thu Huong, Quy, Kieu Huong, Nhu Ngoc, Tuyet & Thanh. FYI - Thanh is also the customer service at the hotel. She's a star.. she really looked after us and informed us of places to go and things to do. We even booked a day trip, taxi there and back.. all the fun with no fuss! We really enjoyed our stay again. Very comfortable, great facilities and excellent service.

Bar shuts at 10pm . I am an adult this is ridiculous. Hotel staff great but this is not normal For a so called 4 star hotel . Very disappointing . No Market nearby need a 15 min walk to Another hotel or shops for a drink . Yes 2 small beers in mini bar wow
