"Exceptional service, great location"

I really enjoyed my time here, out of all four hotel properties I stayed at- everyone that worked here provided the best service - from front desk to individuals in the restaurant. Very good location with a lot of stores like Publix, the movies, restaurants in walking locations. Although the rooms were a great size, it would’ve been nice if the actual room was carpeted and I found some parts of the bathroom not cleaned very well through which I have it as four stars. I would stay here again though

"Very poor experience."

Such a disappointing experience: the hotel has no charm whatsoever. Concrete walls, ugly furniture, old carpet. The pool was « closed for the season » in May while it was super hot outside and this was one of the main reason I picked up this hotel. The service was almost inexistant. The food was blend as most. And last but not least, I found a bunch of ants in my room. Totally not worth the money. I will never ever come back!

Faith was amazing and Janeice as well it was one other lady who worked with Faith on Monday they were so friendly and the environment was great Faith was so helpful with the things I needed. Will be returning

"A horrible stay"

A horrible stay.!!!! I called 5 days before to check if they could send packages from AMAZON, they said yes they didn't charge, but I had to say: Attention hotel guess. The big surprise, the packages CAN'T BE FOUND, no one responds, even with photos from AMAZON that were delivered, NO ONE RESPONDS.

The Twelve Midtown is located near the Atlantic Station Shops. The entire staff who we encountered were excellent. A BIG Shout Out to technicians Von and Brian who assisted with repairing my television. I did have concerns with the cleaning of the room. Floor was not swept/vacuumed during my entire stay.
