"Management non existent, staff undertrained. Everything broken."

Such a disappointment ! As other reviews noted, the hotel is mostly concrete, which makes it absolutely freezing in the winter. To make matters worse, the heat in the rooms doesn’t get warmer than 67 degrees and with the draft from the windows, it’s bone chilling cold. So many things were broken or not working in the room I lost count. Everything from the heat, to the phone (you had to use your cell phone to call the hotel and get someone at the front desk) to the microwave, in my room there were four lights that were out during my stay. Oh, and they didn’t have any bar soap in the bathroom. Did I mention the barking dog that was left alone in a room all night? Management is non-existent as the manager splits his time between two hotels and the staff is undertrained to handle any problem that might arise. The front desk staff will just stare blindly at you instead of trying to call maintenance or solve the problem. I checked out two days early because I couldn’t take the lack of action or accountability from management. The only bright spot was the housekeepers did an amazing job cleaning the rooms, other than that, I should have just slept in my rental car which would have been warmer. Stay at any other property than this one when visiting Atlanta.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Twelve Midtown over the weekend. Hotel and restaurant staff were all very friendly and the service was fantastic. Our room was very clean and spacious. We will be back for sure.

My friend and I booked a last-minute stay at Twelve Midtown for her birthday. Our room was beautiful and humungous and had a great skyline view. The location is next to many stores, bars and restaurants. The only compliant would be the parking.
