The hotel was clean and in a nice area. The staff was friendly and the bartenders were great! We really enjoyed our time in Atlanta and we will be back.

I tried to order room service but alas many hotels retired this service during COVID and never brought it back. The helpful staff member who answered my call to Allora, the hotel’s restaurant, informed me that I could order for pick up and pick it up in 20 minutes. I was starving so decided to take her advice. I ordered the Cajun Fettuccine Alfredo and crème brûlée cheesecake. OMG!! I’m from east Texas and have been spoiled by growing up eating the best Cajun food but let me tell you…this was the BEST Cajun Alfredo I’ve ever had! You can tell the pasta is made fresh too. It was chocked FULL of perfectly cooked shrimp, crawfish and andouille sausage. I was not even trippin about the $30 price tag. It’s worth every penny. The cheesecake was good too, not really anything to write home about but not bad. Next time I’m in ATL, I would maybe stay her again. The parking was a little confusing and expensive! I self parked and rode the elevator but decided to not bring any of my luggage up bc it would have been too tedious. Thankfully all my stuff was still there when I made it back to my car the next day. I would, however, DEFINITELY return to eat at Allora! Well done!!

The air conditioning didn’t work. The room wreaked of urine. The guy that checked us out was on the phone with a personal call. Will not be back. No room service. Just yuck.

The balcony was extremely small, did not match with the picture at all. On my reservation it said check out was at 12pm but the front desk told me it was not. She said it was at 11am even though it says on the website it is at 12pm. My points were not applied to my Marriot Rewards. I was told it would be applied but I still do not see it. The bathroom shower was very small ( I am 5ft 1 and very tiny so it was cramped inside shower) and there was no place to place bathroom items in the shower you had to sit them on the shower floor. Very confusing on how to get to the resturant the GPS takes you around the corner to a undisclosed parking lot with no one there to assist you. I had to flag some random person down to help me.

I wouldn’t recommend booking through a third party site because Marriott won’t honor the booking price.they will change the reservation without your consent or knowledge. Pay close attention at check in

I waited 10 minutes for check in because there was no one there. I went to the connecting restaurant to inquire and a few other guests arrived. Finally someone showed up. After that the check in was speedy. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and it was nice and quiet. I stayed two nights and no one cleaned my room and nor did they refill coffee mate, sugar etc the second day. I ding the hotel for service. My husband is lifetime titanium so I have stayed at Marriotts across the world and many autographs but this one did not feel like an autograph. I did not use any other facilities nor did I go to Atlantic station. The area was pretty quiet but safe. I was there for business and walked both mornings a few blocks and it felt very safe.

Stay away! I had two connecting rooms The heater in one kept tripping the circuit breaker they couldn’t fix. Moved me to a different room Provided no help moving. Kept bugging us to change the room when I told them my infant daughter was sleeping in the room. The new rooms were also with issues The bathroom door wouldn’t unlock/lock fearing for a child getting stuck in the bathroom. The shower curtain didn’t even reach the top of the tub let alone slightly in the tub. The basics are non-negotiable and for this price I expect way more than basics. I would not recommend staying here at all. They need to really look at their property and make simple basic fixes
