Anastasia Waterpark Beach Resort

Not very nice stay. Dirty carpets. Beds on the corridor.we asked for a double bed and gave us 2 single. No services by the pool area no food to order as we were not in all-inclusive order

Everything was perfect except the Wifi that should be free for all the clients also the waterpark too

A good overall stay, However staff are overworked and seem to not fully understand what they are doing most of the time as they are passed between posts. I don't think there is one legit bar man/women they knows how to make a drink. Entertainment was minimal to say the least. Food Five stars. Info on arrival very limited as we had no rep. But all in all good stay and we enjoyed our selfs

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although there was road works outside at the time we were there, it didn't stop us enjoying the hotel or surrounding area, and apparently the roads should all be cleared up by the time the busy season starts. Staff were very,very friendly and always ready to help. Hoping to go back again in September or October. Food great too!

Great Hotel, quiet in the winter with very little open around, We knew that though before we went and was exactly what we were looking for.

Wonderful staff and food.

Initially very difficult to find because of lack of signage and Road works. Hotel was very pleasant and rooms nice. We did only have one chair which I found rather strange for a double room. The views were excellent and was clean and pleasant. The toilet paper used was very cheap and did let the hotel down. We used the swimming pool and sauna and these were very nice. We did want internet access but this was €10 per day or €24 per week, our stay was 2 days and I would not pay €20 for something I could get for free at the cafe over the road. A reasonable cost and I would have paid. The breakfast was very good but we didn’t stay for lunch or dinner and did not use the bar. Overall we were very happy and this would have been better with another chair, better toilet paper and cheaper internet access.

Good service and overall we had a very relaxing weekend at the Hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff were very helpful. Standard of food was OK, but a little bit repetitive, especially breakfast. I am used to getting a bit more variety at a 4 star hotel. A gin and tonic was €4.50. You can upgrade from half board to all inclusive for €15 per day, so a no brainer for me.
