Very welcome staff clean room

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο σε μια πολύ καλή τιμή. Υπέροχο φαγητό καί καλοί χώροι

The food was very good. Cooked very well and a different variety everyday , no complaints. However most of the facilities were not open sauna , jacuzzi and the indoor pool was freezing cold. The gym was only accessable limited hours unless you kept bothering reception for a key so we didn't bother. Not much to do in the surrounding area after about 10pm

It was a dismal experience. Staff very unfriendly. We were all inclusive but we’re grumpy when asked a soft drink. Did not give even shower gel. Hair dryer was broken. On the last day the cleaner took away all the towels and we were left with none before check out late night

Behagelige senge, fint rent hotel, fine omgivelser og ok service. Dog er værelserne IKKE lydisolerede, tværtimod.

Fab location, most staff were lovely. Some didn’t speak very good English. Struggled with special requests like gluten free

Hi First I paid for a room with a sea view and got a room without a sea view only if you try you can see some of the sea between the trees, I asked for a room on a higher floor to see the sea but the hotel claimed there are no available rooms (I booked in advance and paid extra for sea view) The cleanliness was fine until I saw ants in the room and a lot and the bonus was in the room great gooks I immediately contacted the hotel reception and explained the case The person in charge of the place claimed that Cyprus is a hot country and it is very common for there to be insects or ants in the rooms. I was just shocked too I live in a hot country But in hotels I know that commandments are done against such pests This is the first time I have encountered such a low level of aesthetics and cleanliness

Very small rooms and use of water parks as pictured in photos at time of booking is not included in your price and is charged completely separately which we found very misleading. Decor very nice but serious lack of sound proofing on windows/doors and music from local venue (Blue Spice) can be heard as though musicians are in the room with you, not ideal for small kids. Pool area very nice. Room cleaning lacked consistency.
