Fantastic location, staff very friendly and helpful

A couple things broken in my room, tail rail missing, toilet didnt flush properly, light bulb blown. No heating or AC in bedroom

"Beautiful Leura"

It was very well located and close to train, cafes and woolworths. I was worried about it been noisy but our room was quiet. The room covered all our needs, we especially liked the microwave and toaster, there is a washer and dryer available as well.

"Fine"

We arrived at 6pm and there was no one to greet us, we wanted to speak to reception at 8:45am and there was no one there. I’m pretty shocked that for a 4 start place it was unstaffed at these hours.
