Leisure Inn Spires

The staff were fantastic. Our initial room had an issue so we gave them a call to let them know. Maria immediately organised a new room for us and made sure we were all sorted.

Location is perfect. Studio is nicely appointed. Lovely decor and colour scheme was very tasteful. Everything suitable for a short stay.

Standard of Cleaning/cleanliness was basic.

Loved it. Exactly what you want. Def staying there again if I go to leura.

Some of the things were not available to use. But it’s ok

We asked for a ground floor room with twin beds. We called the Sunday before to confirm this as if they couldn’t accommodate we would stay somewhere else. Spoke to April for over 30 minutes. On arrival - no ground floor and room had 1 bed. 16 stairs to get to room. My sister who had suffered a stroke last year found it extremely difficult to navigate stairs to room. Was told on arrival that room had twin beds. Opened door to room and there was one bed. We advised reception and were told that the bed would be split once she finished her duties in reception. We went out and came back later and this had been done. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the situation my sister was put in with navigating stairs. We had to go out once and stay out so she didn’t have to deal with stairs on multiple occasions.

Location

Spacious, comfortable, warm & in a central location. Very handy having a washing machine & the balconies for the sunny afternoons.

Ideally, more cutlery, crockery & cookware to be able to utilise the kitchen stove & dishwasher. ,

The location(you could walk to the shops without taking the car and paying for street parking) and th tidiness of the room

Bajas del Tren en Leura y a 100 metros te alojas en un departamento súper amplio y cómodo, a distancia caminando de todo, con la parada del bus turístico de Blue Mountains en frente. La atención del personal.

Le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento a las instalaciones de la cocina y faltaban algunos utensilios, nada grave.
