The breakfast is horrible box with green apple, boring muffin, a tiny yogurt and a small water. No eggs, toasts, oatmeal or cereal. Breakfast included is not acceptable.

This hotel is perfectly located on the intercoastal, and a 5 minute walk away from the beach. The room was clean, and had a great view of the water. The music can be a bit noisy during the day if youre relaxing on your balcony. The hotel has aa place to eat on site, called Sands on the water. I had great service outside at the bar. Madison was very nice and upbeat with the customers. The front desk staff, Allie and Raymond, made sure that I was able to get a room on a higher floor. Allie was always quick to greet us on our way in and out, as well as recommend places to eat, which made the hotel feel like home. Raymond was also very attentive and quick to help whenever asked. Great staff all around, even the Valet, Daniel, on site was incredibly professional. I loved the lighting by the pool at night. Absolutely breaktaking. Will be staying here again. Highly recommend it!

Ally at the front desk was so professional with a twist of spunky. Her personality was fun and inviting making a great first impression for my first time here! Ps. We came here on accident I put the wrong hotel in the gps and I’m glad I did! Great job ally!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sands Harbor Resort & Marina! From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch - and that was entirely due to the incredible team working behind the scenes. First, a huge shoutout to Brittany at the front desk, who greeted me with a warm smile and made check-in a breeze. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to answer all my questions about the property and local activities. Her welcoming attitude immediately set the tone for a great stay. I also want to thank Raymond, the manager, for his exceptional hospitality. He checked in personally to make sure everything was perfect, offered great local recommendations, and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my visit. It's rare to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely attentive — it really elevated the entire experience. The valet team was equally fantastic. Every time I pulled up, they were there quickly and efficiently, handling my car with care and making departures effortless. Their professionalism and friendliness made daily comings and goings stress-free. The resort itself is beautifully situated right on the Intracoastal Waterway with great views, a laid-back waterfront vibe, and plenty of amenities to enjoy. The room was comfortable with a lovely balcony view (perfect for morning coffee, and the pool and bar areas were great spots to relax after a long day. Overall, this stay was one of the best l've had in South Florida — and l'Il absolutely be returning. Highly recommended if you want friendly service, great views, and a truly memorable getaway!

We stayed for 3 nights. Resort needs a lot of work Don’t go with high expectations. We had a nice view, Bed was comfortable and clean. But Room need to be updated with better quality flooring , walls, ceiling. furnitures, towels and bathroom was so horrible! Blinds wouldn’t close. doors are broken only one elevator was working., I asked for a room change at the front desk , they never called me back! Staff nice until you had a request! They did not follow through. Pool and deck area were ok but very tight

I had a great stay at this hotel. Brittany at the front desk was absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and you could tell that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the property. The amenities were also a big plus and made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
