Sands Harbor Resort and Marina

The location was great with beautiful views of the intercostal and from the 8th floor, you could see the Atlantic.

The room, while large and spacious, was very dated. The doors were in poor condition with visible gaps all around and were very thin. You could hear the people nextdoor to you like they were in the same room (bathroom and body function noises included). The music from the bar down stairs was not muted at all by the door to the balcony. When the music at the bar stopped playing, there was a large yacht in the marina that started blaring their music and partied until well after 11 PM.The shower ran out of hot water mid-shower due to small hot water heaters that were under the sink in the bathroom. I was studying for a state exam so the constant noise was a big problem. It was bad enough that my AirPods muffled it to some degree but didn’t eliminate it entirely. I’d say if you are a spring breaker looking for a party spot, this is your place. For me as a business traveler, it’s a for sure no go.

I had a lovely stay at Sands Hotel ! the rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was well maintained. The service was excellent, especially Raymond, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. His hospitality really made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend Sands Hotel and would be happy to return

By far, one of my favorite hotel stays of all time this is your hidden gem! The food, the staff, the atmosphere the location there’s nothing to complain about when it comes to this resort! Yidian made my morning and my evenings is so amazing. I didn’t wanna leave. He is the best for valet. The assistant general manager, Raymond Ortiz took care of any and all things very quickly and efficiently housekeeping was outstanding when I needed something. They were very quick and responsive.

This was an amazing experience the staff was fantastic and very helpful the valet always great me and my friend with a smile and checked to see how we were doing and wished a good day or night no matter what time we came in same with the staff at the front desk if o could give more than. 5 stars I would

Warm & welcoming staff. Clean room. Renovated bathroom was nice.

Got trapped in elevator the first day. I didn’t feel there was adequate follow-up to help me feel comfortable afterward. Took stairs that felt sketchy at night the entire trip and for the amount we paid upward of 1k for 4 nights, time as we factor in the taxes, fees and parking, that was not a great experience.

The front desk service is wonderful. But that does not make up for the decrepit elevators, bare rooms, thin towels and a shower curtain that fell twice.

Next to the beach, so calm place! Amazing experience! Ally is the "good vibes" in the lobby!
