Insotel Fenicia Prestige Suites & Spa

We have been twice to the hotel. Is easy parking easy access to most of the island of driving and the hotel is clean and comfortable

Nice holiday in Ibiza, hotel is beautiful but a little tired in places. Not expecting to fight for sun beds when you have the Presidential Suite (cold shower too). Pool service was not great but hotel very clean.

Nice hotel good facilities great spa all very clean. Food ok but i felt very corporate, we did eat out quite a bit, breakfasts were good. Only food options in hotel were pool side and buffet restaurant in our stay. Internet very strong . great staff very helpful and caring Nearest mini market is over the bridge. Centre of town 10 minute wander along the front.

The hotel is still nice looking but not really the 5 star standard you’d expect (and which you pay through the nose for). There were obvious areas of wear & tear and unfixed damage around the hotel and particularly in our room. Some of the staff were very friendly but others (particularly in the pool bar) were not terribly friendly or welcoming. Room service was expensive, uninspired and unavailable during certain times (we were told there was no way to get breakfast in the restaurant or our room before 8am on the day of our departure because it was Sunday). The housekeeping service was sloppy, with replacement towels and hand soap forgotten and dirty cups and glasses merely rinsed in the sink. I completely sympathise with the issues caused by the pandemic but standards have definitely slipped and they need to buck their ideas up if they’re going to continue to charge those prices.

Lovely hotel with lovely decor, wonderful spa & friendly staff who will do anything to help. Good selection at breakfast, all tasted great. Rooms generally clean but a little tired in some places - also no complimentary water or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Communal areas lacked atmosphere with no music around the pool/in bar areas which made it seem quite lifeless at night. Great variety of bars and restaurants near by though in the town. Overall, probably would say it’s a very good 4* hotel, rather than a 5* but had a great stay and would return.

This can’t be 5 star hotel. The furniture is too old. Broken door. Poor amenities. Smelly corridors and towels. No coffee machine in room. Mini bar left empty and you have to ask to be filled! Hotel gym closed on Monday! Room service unavailable after 11 pm! I would never recommend this hotel unless they change the rating to max 3 stars and the price accordingly.

It was good for the money you pay. Better than I expected.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and cannot rate it highly enough. Beautiful grounds, excellent service and food and great walking distance to the amenities of Santa Eularia.

The Hotel is reasonable nice but unfortunately is lacking in some qualities that ever 5 star hotel should have. The staff was overall very friendly but too few to properly manage a hotel this size. The room was quite basic and spartanly furnished with a very small and a sofa. Unfortunately they forgot to refills the shampoo prior to our arrival , which was a bit of a nuisance. They also charged us 6 euros for each 500ml bottle of water. All that being said , it is still qiute a nice hotel and I can see older or middle aged couples enjoying it a lot as it seems very child friendly and family oriented.
