AluaSoul Palma - Adults Only

The location of this hotel is perfection. Set in a beautiful quiet bay, and right next to the gorgeous coastline promenade walk to Palma, but a short walk to a lovely selection of restaurants. I had a room with a Bali bed which was great for afternoon naps and reading my book. The upstairs deck was nice and quiet and never a problem to get a sunbed. The whole hotel has a high standard of cleanliness. My room was spacious, hairdryer brilliant and shower nice and powerful and hot. The small fridge in the room was good for keeping bottled water cold. Only constructive feedback was a lack of small touches you get in other hotels - water replenished each day or robes. The pool closed at 6pm which seemed quite early. There was also no room service. I loved my stay and will be back in the near future, thank you for a great stay!

Very clean and nice hotel, my only issue was the airplain noise.. But u got used to it after a few days.. And also u can hear ur neighbours rooms so clear i could hear everything they talked about..

Food was good and most of the staff was very friendly although some of the waitstaff acted like they were being bothered when asking for a drink or food. Here are some suggestions: -Nighttime entertainment was SO much better when it was actually held outside. -Bottled water should be re-stocked in the room every day, shouldn't have to pay nearly $3 for a bottled water. -More English channels on the TV would have been nice. -Cleaning staff was in our room WAY too many times even when the "Do NOT Disturb" sign was clearly posted. -When requesting room service, staff should be letting people know about the 15 Euro extra charge.

Loved the hotel, not too large with personal touch, well organised, situated right at the promenade, nice and less busy area, Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely walk from there alongside the beach.

We had a room overlooking a very run down apartment block which was not great.

Modern, clean, good service great breakfast, nice pool area

Hotel is really great, as I have stated in number of ***** I have a couple of ideas though, add in a box of tissues in either bathroom or on side table by the bed. Also perhaps consider putting up some frosted glass on balconies between the rooms as it was not very private and the adjoining guests were looking over to what I was doing !!

Overall liked this hotel nice room a good size and was cleaned every day . No complaints so far evening meal was a bit hit or miss would have liked more choice but could always find something to eat . Really hady for the airport 10 minutes by bus or taxi . Right on the flight path for palma airport but the noise wasn't that bad

Nice location. Good layout and not a huge hotel so plenty of space for the guests, some aeroplane noise but not off putting.

Great hotel, fantastic staffs that are always smiling and happy to help, lovely balcony view, best breakfast buffet. Walking distance to the beach and good restaurants in the surrounding area. Second time we are lodging at this beautiful hotel and we will definitely be lodging at Aluasoul Palma on our next trip to Majorca.
