Great staff very friendly and helpful

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 5-day stay at the Aluasoul Palma Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. The food was fantastic, with a great variety and something to suit every taste — breakfast was especially impressive with so many delicious options. It was the perfect short break in a quiet, relaxing area, with everything we needed just a short walk away. Would return in a heartbeat! Thank you to all the team for a fantastic experience.

We had a lovely experience staying at the hotel. It is in a good location by the sea and in a quiet, pretty spot. The rooms were well presented, very clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the food and were very happy with the whole stay.

Both and good and not so good. Starting with less good : Problems with staff knowledge regarding payment at the reception. took a long time and was complicated. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, which is basically what all hotels do today. But this hotel has taken the ban to its limit. That is, there is no place whatsoever to sit in the entire hotel area and have a drink and a cigarette, another guest also informed me that they were forbidden to smoke on the room's own balcony. Foolishness during holiday celebrations is the last thing you want to experience. Can understand the intention, but change this, make a smoker's corner where smokers can have a drink and a cigarette, this will surely increase the hotel's popularity. Very good ! Best breakfast I've had at a tourist hotel in Europe, we also tried dinner which was also good so the restaurant gets 5 stars. Very good beds, and good shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet and very clean hotel.

Very comfy beds and pillows with beautiful pool and ocean views. The upgraded washroom with rain shower was a bonus! Although the walls are a little thin my stay was peaceful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Requests were handled immediately! Enjoyed my stay!

Bed really comfy, room spacious. Spotlessly clean, quiet at night. Staff amazing. Entrance bright, clean and welcoming. Breakfast choices were phenomenal. Nothing too much trouble. Omelettes were amazing, all cooked freshly and to personal choice. Unbelievable choice of breads and cakes and pastries.

Always a pleasure to return to Alua Soul Palma. We had a frontal sea view room on the top floor as requested and enjoyed the view and the warmth from our balcony. Climbing up the stairs helps us counteract the indulgence of the plentiful and delicious food in the restaurant. We normally visit in January but had to delay till late February this year because of the lack of flights. The benefit of the delay was more time to enjoy Mallorcan sunshine

Absolutly amazing staying. The best breakfast ever!! The room was so clean and so comfortable! Staff was also kind and helpful. We had really early fligt and it wasn't possible to take a breakfest package with us. Thank you for perfect care of us ☺️.
