Amazing buffet(although pricey). Great amenities. Great staff. Good time! Only issue: no water dispenser other than the hidden one in the gym that staff won't tell you about :P

Really nice, quiet and well equipped hotel in a perfect location. If you’re into swimming in the sea vs pool like us, it will take you about 15 mins walk to get to a nice sandy beach (Palma beach) but I appreciate the walk so it didn’t bother us. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Pool open 10 til 6pm only when lifeguard employed. No free water. Pool staff and food vg. Front sea room lively view

Hotel great, but rooms on side of airport are very noisy, no sleep for nearly 3 nights

Alek who was on reception was very rude. Did not explain to us about the towel cards on arrival, meaning that when we went to the pool we got towels and tried to hand them back to pool staff they (the staff) had disappeared so we asked someone called David who was really nice and helpful, he told us to go to reception and hand them in to receive a new towel cards. When we got to the reception desk to do so, alek who checked us in proceeded to tell us that if we do not leave 2/3 days between towel changing in exchange for the cards - we will be charged. I explained to Alek that he did not tell us when checking us in the night prior, and neither did the pool staff and he began to repeat himself over again even though I said he had not explained that. Also, when I went to breakfast I put my phone onto a table to sit there and the waitress looked me up and down and began to shout at me and point at my phone and told me to move to another table, she said something to one of the other staff in Spanish and I couldn’t understand what I had done wrong but I felt embarrassed infront of other guests. It was a shame that these two staff members behaved this way because the hotel is beautiful and in good location and the rest of the staff were very kind and attentive. David on reception is a great member of staff and should be recognised, he was thoughtful and attentive when talking to us and other guests! Lovely guy :)

The room we booked included everything we needed for the perfect stay! The hotel as a whole was just clean, with helpful and great staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Thanks for a nice vacation🌼

We booked for a 3 night break in the my favourite club class which was frankly a disappointment. I had read previous reviews saying the upgrade to MFC isn’t worth it and that’s very true in my opinion. The hotel has some great features like the position which is beautiful right on the sea. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and modern and bed was comfy. The areas I found disappointing were the gym which was very limited in the equipment, only suitable for 2 people at a time so had to keep checking and waiting to go in. The parasols by the pool were useless for more than 1 bed. As we are a couple it wouldn’t quite cover 2 beds. What really annoyed me was the reserving of sunbeds each morning, on our first day here we couldn’t even get a sun bed down by the pool, we checked out the reserved area for the my favourite club (MFC) on the rooftop which was frankly crammed and small. It was boiling hot needed more shade areas. The plunge pool looked quite tatty and more like a big raised bath, I certainly wouldn’t feel like I was somewhere exclusive there. Consequently, we didn’t bother with that which is supposed to be an additional bonus of being in MFC. There are signs on the parasols saying no reserving permitted but by 9 am each morning you were lucky if you could get a sunbed by pool as everyone ignores those signs anyway. Towels remained on the beds for most of the day, at times with no one sitting on them. They are also not comfortable at all. The special allocated room for MFC for snacks and drinks during the day was really poor like a mini meeting room perhaps the idea is to get you out as soon as possible which definitely works. We previously stayed in Melia hotel offering a similar club class in Magaluf and it was excellent. Nothing like what we experienced here. yesterday was our first day and there were small rolls with fillings in the mini fridge which all looked nice until I spotted a beetle crawling in there, after that I chose not to partake of anything from that fridge. But I did notice that the sandwiches were there ALL day as were jars of pickles that were just left there without lids on the side and brought out again the next day, reception said it gets changed over later in day with tapas but we didn’t see that happen so to me the choice of snacks was very poor. The used crockery was also left there All day just stuck in the corner on a shelf. For Soft drinks if you don’t drink sugar all that’s available is Diet Coke and water all other soft drinks were sugar. The same can be said of the mini fridge that is complimentary stocked in room once for MFC with quite a few cans of drink and a paltry 2 small beers but none of the soft drinks are sugar free. The breakfast was disappointing, I had read reviews saying how good it was but I actually thought it was average basic. The orange juice tasted like squash wasn’t freshly squeezed, the coffee machine did cappuccino and lattes which were both really sweet so to me didn’t taste nice at all. I would have liked a proper barista coffee which other 4 star hotels do included. I ended up just having bread and cheese each morning as the hot food looked like something out of cheap all-inclusive. However, the choice on fresh fruit and breads were nice and the dining room was pleasant with a lovely outside terrace area. In terms of cleanliness everything was good. We paid extra for the MFC so I would say do not bother with that but for a nice position hotel with nice pool and nice staff it’s fine but don’t expect any luxury.

I liked the location of the hotel just on one end of playa de palma/can pastilla and over looking the ocean. The hotel is decent 4 star..we upgraded to sea view. Pool nice ..most staff friendly and helpful. Entertainment day and night is subtle but good. The only reason I didnt give a 5 is that i had requested 2 beds as was sharing room with my daughter but on arrival was told impossible and only a request. We did arrive early hours and felt staff bit tired grumpy..daytime staff excellent and left early this morning and older gent on reception great..

Stayed her for 1 week June. Everything was great. 15 min taxi from the airport was perfect for us Hotel check-in was quick and easy. Staff always were very helpful. Rooms are clean and have everything you need, kettle with tea and coffee included. Pool area was really nice with loads of sun beds, there was never a rush for a sun bed. Great bar service with snack bar available and is cheaper than going into town. The hotel food breakfast and dinner were really good loads of choice and really good quality Hope to book again soon
