AluaSoul Palma - Adults Only

Brilliant hotel but avoid room 125 as it is next to the gym, this is the only complaint I have regarding the hotel. Upgrading to My Favourite Club as using the air con room with coffee, snacks and cold drinks is worth the extra little money to get a break from the heat

Lovely modern rooms, very clean. Very helpful friendly staff. Great bar and pool service. Wonderful breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Good location, restaurants and shops 5 mins walk. Taxi to central Palma, 15 mins. Just over 5 mins to Palma airport so fantastic for a weekend away. Would stay again for sure.

Everything was really good, Staff really helpful and friendly. Food and drinks are really good. Fitness a bit small but you can do a workout with dumbbells and smith machine. There are also 2 bikes and a running machine. Swimming pool was open from 10 to 18, you have all day but if you wanted to go earlier or stay longer you weren't allowed to swim anymore. The rest was really good, everything is clean and staff just made you feel really welkom.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Lots of space outside to sunbathe and roof top sun terrace was top class with the small pool. Food (breakfast and evening meal) was lovely with a very large selection to choose from. Already looked at booking again for next year. Rooms are very clean with a lovely view of the sea.

We wanted some earlier Spring sunshine and hadn’t visited Mallorca before so wanted to just relax and enjoy some lovely sea views and a little bit of culture with a visit to Palma factored in. The Aluasoul Palma proved to be a great choice and would highly recommend. It was very clean and a decent size whilst also feeling quite personal and not one of those soulless cavernous properties and benefited from being adults only too. I would highly recommend opting for My Favourite Club rooms which offer a good sized room with lovely sea views and for once, plenty of storage area for clothes. It also offered a very good rainfall shower and separate toilet cubicle whilst the main room was a spacious open plan. A well thought out design. Despite previous reviews read, we found the buffet to be surprisingly good and offered real choice and was varied too with themed food nights. Just be aware the bus service no 35 into Palma can be very busy so be prepared to wait a little and give yourself plenty of leeway. Staff were very friendly and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for three nights, and it was perfect we stayed in a full frontal sea view room. The town was minutes away and went on for miles with sandy beaches. We were spolit for choice with bars and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was good. The half board option was good. The pool is nice but cold. Pool towels provided. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will return I love the area and the hotel is perfect 👌 👍 🥰

My favourite hotel . Great location with amazing veiws over palma bay . So relaxing and in such a peaceful area with restaurants and bars just 10 mins walk away. Staff very friendly, great breakfast , nice modern rooms cleaned daily .. perfect location for a nice chilled holiday 10/10

It can be done better. Nice room and clean. standard breakfast, typical lunch at the bar without taste and the experience was sad. Pool area reasonable but the water was cold - and on top of the pool. Follow us not welcome. staff said nothing when you went because them.
