AluaSoul Palma - Adults Only

This hotel is not quiet. I booked a partial sea view so unfortunately from the balcony there was residential houses and there were 3 dogs who barked all day and night. Also, being only 10 minutes from the airport it was as if the planes were almost landing in our hotel room. So, with the constant barking and noise of planes every 5 minutes I returned home exhausted. The food was OK but lukewarm and choice was limited. I will not be returning to this noisy hotel.

Nice hotel which is spotlessly clean throughout. Staff always friendly and helpful. Restaurant very good for half board. Standard rooms more than good enough with decent bathroom and showers. Bar prices a little higher than elsewhere. Pool and sunbathing area very good and clean. Only real complaint is the 2 tier system where only WOH/My Favourite Room members can use some of the facilities e.g. roof top pool and upper sunbathing terrace/Bali beds etc. Location is directly on the beach which is rocky, But a sandy beach at Cala Estancia is just a few minutes walk away. But overall very good

The hotel rooms were not as described on the website. The favourite upgrade is not worth it. Complaint not taken seriously by the General Manager. Made to feel worthless and not a valued customer.

Excellent hotel with good facilities, very very clean and situated in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed twice now and would go again.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I booked this stay using points and was upgraded upon arrival as a WOH member. The staff at check in was great and the facilities were very clean! We did have issues with our AC in room that were not resolved, but the team did come out and try! Loved the my favorite club with meals and lounge throughout the day. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Palma!

Fantastic hotel, excellent location and extremely helpful staff

During my recent visit to AluaSoul hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the highest of customer service provided located in a great area. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the accommodations. The bed in my room left much to be desired; the mattress was torn and lacked the firmness I prefer for a good night's sleep. While the culinary offerings were outstanding, the comfort of the lodging did not meet the same high standards. Overall, I would highly recommend AluaSoul for your stay.

We had a fabulous stay, very clean and lovely room. We had an issue checking in as the computers were not working however the chap on duty was very apologetic. Air conditioning could have been colder but we were unable to change the settings. Meals and drinks very reasonably priced and good quality. The only real issue we had was with the lifeguard, we left our beds to have some lunch in your restaurant and he threw our bags and towels off the beds. When I challenged him he said we had been gone an hour, the couple next to us said he threw them off when we had been gone only 10 minutes, he was extremely rude to me and my husband. We adhered to the not putting your towels on the subbed until 10am when other were putting them out at 07.30. Apart from this we had a great stay.
