AluaSoul Palma - Adults Only

Central hotel to the beach with restaurants and nightlife and the city of Palma. The hotel is immaculate, clean and tidy with excellent staff. Situated within easy reach of Palma, bus routes and beautiful walks and the Airport is within 5 minutes on the bus. The planes do not disrupt sleep at all and in fact are a joy to watch in the day, do not at all let its proximity to the airport deter you from staying. The breakfast is one of the best I have had and I have enjoyed many years of travel, all in all a wonderful stay, I would recommend to family and friends and will indeed go back myself.

A combination of relatively minor issues combined to create a poor experience at this hotel. The physical environment is pretty good but the staff were not very helpful or proactive, especially with regard to keeping communal areas clean. Great location but some rooms can be noisey due to being close to the airport flight path.

My wife and I had a very very positive experience with your hotel. We loved everything about our stay, including the entire staff.

Fresh, clean smell on arrival along with friendly greeting from reception. My Favourite Club room, cleaned daily to a good standard. Great breakfast buffet choice, friendly bar service around the pool. Usually sunbeds available however staff should enforce the reserving of beds policy. Our third visit & many of the same staff which is a good sign. Not a lot of bars/restaurants near by but Palma near by.

Great resort close to Palma de Mallorca. Very relaxing. Staff was very welcoming as well. Not too far from the airport, will be visiting again!

The restaurants on property were excellent. The staff were always freindly and helpful. The one and only complaint was the glass shower door leaked to the outside floor. We had to lay towels on the floor to absorb the water after every shower.

Lovely hotel very very clean. Lovely music playing all the time . We loved the vibe . Fab location for walking into can pastille or a bike ride into Palma which is just picturesque. Defo worth doing ! Lovely wine and beer nice breakfast … friendly staff… the live singer on the Tuesday was fantastic amazing motown/ soul singer . We upgraded and it was so worth it , we really enjoyed the little room with the drinks and snacks , the cabanas, our lovely sea front room …We will definitely back ;)

Lovely clean hotel. Roads around hotel very narrow and congested. We had to walk our cases from the main road to the hotel as the bus couldn't get close. Luckily it wasn't raining! It was a bit further out from the main part of C'an Pastilla than we would have liked (my husband has mobility issues) so couldn't visit local bars/restaurants and supermarket as much as we would have liked. Lovely pool area. Nobody rushing to get beds in the morning (well just one couple seemed to put towels on the bed which wasn't too bad).

I had an amazing week at this hotel. Booked a club room and I would have to say that it was totally worth it! The bali bed on my terrace was an absolute touch. Hotel was clean, service was excellent and big shout out to David on reception who was awesome. Highly recommended to anyone

A lovely hotel in a great position, the pool areas are adequate size for the number of guests, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the bar well stocked, all staff were friendly and helpful
