widok z okna na mur sąsiedniego budynku , około 3 m odległości lub taras z sąsiadującej knajpy czynnej długo w nocy, głośna muzyka z tego lokalu. Po prośbie muzyka przyciszona około 23:00. Brudna stara wykładzina na całej podłodze w pokoju. Sprzątanie w pokoju na specjalne życzenie, bo oszczędzają wodę.
