"A disappointment, didn't meet any expectations except the location being good."

Location is good as its right in the heart of old town, with 2mins away from the Viru gate.

We came late at night (it was informed beforehand) and the rooms didn't have amenities (water, towel etc) for all the guests. Rooms didn't have air conditioning, and couldn't sleep with window open due to noise from outside. Breakfast had okay options, but the staff took away the stuff even before the time was up and when asked about it, they said it was finished, before actually bringing them 5mins from time. Really bad customer service.

Comfortable beds, sauna in the room

No air con, really small breakfast room, very poor choice of food and runs out very quickly. Noice when sports cars are driving around and have to keep windows open to keep cool
