Absolutely Nothing

Dirty room, smokers outside my room, needle found in parking lot, no housekeeping for a couple of days, Nothing was done about it.

Danielle at the front desk was super sweet and housekeeping stayed on top of things. The room itself was clean as well.

Unfortunately, my check-in experience Wednesday night with Ashley was not good. Couldn’t find my reservation for 10 minutes, eventually found it listed as “already checked in.” During this, she blamed another employee and mentioned that the woman had family issues at home, which felt unprofessional. The biggest issue was being told I would have to pay an extra $50+ for my 6-year-old granddaughter because “6 is considered an adult.” Since I didn’t have extra money available, my granddaughter had to stay an extra night with her father. After contacting both the Days Inn website and Booking.com chat support, we were told there is NO extra charge for a 6-year-old child. We then had to rearrange everything so she could come stay with us last night.

Everything was great!!!

Not a damn thing

Nothing wasn't able to stay because of the incompetence of the over night staff could not find my reservation I had already paid for.

I didn't like getting kicked out because she didn't like my time or my frustrstion that's too bad ! I'm the customer I just paid the fee for the room and you want to kick me out and threaten me? Not my fault her lack of education didn't afford her computer skills to navigate a reservation
