Quest Invercargill Serviced Apartments

A great location. Sadly I could not open the windows and the last guest had made toast…

No breakfast supplied as per the booking, was given an accessible studio (not requested)where the shower was too low, no milk in the fridge

The location was great. The room and bathroom were very clean but the bed was very uncomfortable and way too soft. I made the mistake of booking a studio room which was very small and stuffy and although we were only on the second floor the windows could not be opened.

Large room in a quiet location close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The apartment we stayed in was great. It was much more spacious than I expected and had everything we needed. We loved having the washer/dryer in unit to catch up on laundry during our trip around the south island. My wife was bothered by the incense or scented oil smell they used here. It was on the excessive side. The parking was also not ideal. They do have 'on-site' parking near the hotel entrance but it's a very small lot. We were given a pass but left to go explore some areas and came back to a full parking lot. We had to park our car on the street overnight and I had to get up and move the car into the parking lot in the morning to avoid paying for a couple of hours of parking on the street after 8 AM. They really could use a bigger lot or better parking options.

Great water pressure in 107. Some maintenance could be done in the bathroom just to tidy it up.

Rooms were modern despite dated exterior

Have stayed in better Quest accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Make sure you book a room with laundry facilities if needed You cannot access washing facilities outside of reception hours. Also room info out of date from 2022. Reception tried to charge twice price for washing and drying but did only charge lower amount once I pointed out the room booklet stated a different amount

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and room was spotless. Great location to.
