Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy

The room was very spacious and the staff were very helpfull

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable but you could hear the neighbouring units water going down the drain every time they used it .

overall was quite good, but there is only limited parking available.

Good checkin. Phone in room has wrong information on it. Heat pump not connected. Dirty hand prints on ceiling in bathroom. Possibly heat pump installers. Shower curtain and bathtub had red discolouring a pre curser to mould. One chair had crumbs and gum wrapper behind chair cushion. I have stayed before in a 1 bedroom apartment and could not fault it. I will come again as it is a great location.

Convenient location, comfortable and quiet. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Leaky shower and toilet. Was a bit gross. Good location to town.

The room was large with separate living area and bedroom. The property was easy to access and located close to shops, cafes, etc. The Reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Parking was limited, but we always managed to find a space.

The staff were very friendly and helpful would recommend it

Extremely convenient with Invercargill Central across the road.
