Quest Invercargill Serviced Apartments

Good location but noisy from all the construction work.

Have stayed at the Quest at various cities in Australia and New Zealand and have never had a complaint. Staff at the Quest Invercargill were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The only issue is that there is renovation presently in progress adjacent to the Quest (in the same block) and this can at times be noisy during the day ---- cannot fault the Quest or the staff for this, but it's something to bear in mind, and if you are looking to rest / sleep during the day, check with the staff if you can get a room away from the renovation area.

Great property with lovely facilities and absolutely spotless.

Invercargill is a bustling city with all the positives and negatives that come with it. The traffic was always making noise. Parking was okay, but again not the best. The elevator, nicknamed "Buddy," seemed to be "on it's last legs." We used the stairs as much as we could. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable though smaller than many others we booked in NZ.

The a receptionist was excellent couldn’t do enough to make our check in seemless.

We had a lovely stay thanks and the staff were all friendly and obliging. We stayed last year and had a much larger apartment. I didn't realise that this time they would be smaller but it was fine. Only comment would be ac cess to the wardrobe was limited and we had to put our bags in the corners. All good though. Cheers
