"Unprofessional behavior and pressure on guests"

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The animation was poorly organized and lacked professionalism, and the food and drinks were repetitive and below average. The reception staff was not helpful and showed little interest in guest concerns. What really crossed the line was being pressured by staff to leave a positive review on Google. I was directly pushed to write a review, which made me extremely uncomfortable. This is not honest or acceptable behavior, and it made me question how genuine the hotel’s ratings really are.I am writing this review in English so everyone can understand what really happens here. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

"Entspannter Aufenthalt in dem bisher besten Hotel in Ägypten."

-Gutes Essen. -Sehr seriöses Personal. -Tarek der Gästebetreuer macht seinen Job sehr gut. -Man konnte sich sehr gut entspannen. -Coole Lage an einem schönen kleinen Riff zum Schnorcheln. -Alle haben sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse und waren zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. - Man hatte seine Ruhe und wurde selten angesprochen für Werbung etc. wie an anderen Orten in Ägypten Wir haben uns sehr wohl und jederzeit auch sicher aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Schlüsselkarte hatte leider ab und zu Probleme, auch wenn darauf geachtet wurde es nicht in der nähe des Smartphones zu tragen.

"Mohamed Tarek Dieser Manager war eines der Highlights unseres Urlaubs."

Das Personal ist freundlich, engagiert und professionell. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und ermöglicht eine bequeme An- und Abreise. Das Essen ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Die Shows hier sind hervorragend. Die Künstler sind sehr engagiert, und es handelt sich um Unterhaltungsprogramme, die sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder geeignet sind.

Wir haben bereits zwei Jahre in Folge Weihnachten hier verbracht, allerdings gab es in diesem Jahr im Meer deutlich weniger Fische und Korallen als zuvor.

Mia figlia ed io abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la disponibilità che ci ha fornito Mohamed Tarek, accompagnandoci con la sua gentilezza per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Apprezzata anche la vicinanza con l’aeroporto e il mare, consigliato!
