Excellent service, clean rooms and common areas, really good variety of food, beautiful house reef. Would come again

The ground floor rooms with seaside view can be a bit noisy because of poor soundproofing from the corridor, the main restaurant could have better ventilation - the smell of frying fat was noticeable. Diving center overpriced compared to other places

Mohammed Tarek (customer relations) was extremely helpful and polite, which is valid for the whole staff.

Lack of soundblocking patio doors, kids' shouting at 6.30am and disco at 10.30pm was pretty disturbing.

Great hotel in a super nice location, just a few kilometers from the airport. The facilities are amazing. The water park, pools, and entertainment program are excellent, offering countless leisure activities. The hotel's beach is wonderful and borders directly on coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling and observing sea turtles. There is a jogging and walking trail along the bay. The food is good, with a wide selection of fruits and vegetables, as well as delicious desserts. The staff and the animation team are amazing, very friendly, and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Tarek from Guest Relations, who did everything he could to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation.
