Ease of getting off/on the highway

The rooms felt dirty, it didn't feel the safest there, the creamer for the coffee was so old it was like sludge, the room was okay but everytime the fan from the heat went on, the air would hit me in the face, waking me up. None of us even showered in the morning. We just left. We wanted to get out of there.

"Who Dropped The Ball Hotels.com or Econo Lodge?"

My stay was basically non existent as the hotel didn't have my reservations on file for March 15th. The young man behind the desk was very nice and tried to help me. The morning manager apparently gave me lip service as I never received a follow up call from the Econolodge owner. I will never book through hotelscom again. I'm definitely disputing the website's charges to my credit card. I hold hotels.com responsible for this bad experience.

I book my reservations based on breakfast being included. The photos of the hotel breakfast area showed a hot breakfast with a waffle maker. If these things are not to be included then maybe the hotel should update the description!

It's one of the worse places I've stayed in by far management sucks will come to your room 10 hours after check in and demand fee's you are not aware of
