"Dirty Room"

Room was dirty, smelled like smoke. There was white dog hair visibly all over the floor. The bed was horrible.

Reasonable kind counter staff at the check in

Charged for my 2 service pets I told owner legally he cannot charge a fee I have the proper legal documentation and he x charged me 30 dollars he has to use as a car pyback! Help pay his BMW M EDITION OR POCKETS IT FOR rainy day ......I want it bsck! . ..
