HOW DO YOU GET STAFF that LIE and say they will sort, and don't, and are able to get away with treating people with disrespect. SERIOUSLY!! Just smile and think it's ok. After hours waiting for a response, And doesn't happen till you say you're gonna report this to officials.....How can this establishment be allowed to operate. SORT IT OUT! and stop lying to customers.

Location and staff friendly

The apartment was dirty and the bathroom was filthy. It was very obvious that the whole place hadn't been cleaned properly for months. Potential injury hazard in the bathroom. Loose replacement tiles with little to no grout in them and one of them were sticking up so a potential cut or trip hazard. The bathroom was the filthiest I've ever seen, mould, dirt, walls dirty, things falling apart, walls dirty, one of the towels had stains through it, it looked like an unfinished repair project and no one has bothered to clean it except for a vacuum cleaner for months! It feels like the owners don't actually care about keeping it clean or well maintained. Very noisy street at night even during early hours. Couldn't use the safe because it was locked and reception had no key to open it. Wardrobe shelf broken, lounge table damaged and leg. It just feels like no one actually cares about it's appearance. Just wanting money for the least amount of effort. I will choose another hotel for the price. Don't stay here if unless you can get a really cheap deal and you don't mind staying in a dirty apartment. The photos look better than the actual experience. There were too many dirty things to photograph

Okay, we booked into the hotel. I left my ID back in kaitaia, so we resolved the issue. My husband paid the bond, which we were ok with it. We get into the room. The last guess left there rubbish in the room so I told the reception lady she said the house keeper can collect rubbish in the morning anyway the next day reception rings my husband and says I haven't payed my accommodation so we head down to show her my receipt accommodation paid for there was no apology from her what so ever. To be totally honest, I would not be going back there again. And definitely, I won't have my family and friends book there either.

That the room they put me in was smelling like fish and my family was with so they think I got a cheap hotel
