It was so dirty and yuck could tell it hadnt been vaccine dusted the shower was dirty floor had old food it was like it’s someone’s house or emergency accommodation

I like staying at this hotel because its central, affordable, and the staff are friendly. Its also quite private and you aren't disturbed by anyone when youre enjoying the room.

The bedside table lamp shade was broken, the mirror on the wall was dirty. The air conditioning didn't qork so a portable fan was plugged into the wall.

- Value for money - Good location - Restaurants and marts within walking distances - washing machine and dryer works well for a long stay - heated towel racks - comfy beds (we got upgraded to 2BR apartment we are thankful for that!) - friendly staffs

- The smoke detector probably ran out of battery during our stay and keeps beeping non stop which is very annoying - They had a fire alarm testing on the 2nd day we stayed and we were not informed about it at all which caught us unaware - toilet drainage doesn’t drain properly, constantly standing in rising pool of water when showering - shower area doesn’t have a rack or anything to put extras like facial wash etc - dirty fridge with broken compartments - very dirty oven, which is quite a pity as we would have loved to use it - we requested for room cleaning 3 times (1 time done properly, 1 time it didn’t happen, 1 time subpar cleaning)

Location was perfect for us convenient to skytower Loved the balcony and view Check in was good Available parking was good

The place was disgusting. Never stayed in a "hotel" so dirty in my life. Almost everything was broken - dishwasher, lights etc. Blood found in several places. Smeared... chocolate (im hoping?) all across the door card reader on check-in (wish I have photoed before wiping!). Seriously - see photos if you want to see for yourself, however I started cleaning up before taking them - didnt realise the extent. Wish I had have taken more photos before we started cleaning ourselves.

Location was great to walk to the main city centre.

The bathroom (in particular the shower) could do with an overhaul - the shower tray was stained yellowish and there was mould in all the crevices and sealant in and around the shower cubicle. I pay particular attention to bathroom photos when booking a hotel and this one did not look like the photos.

Room was warm and comfortable

No frypan in room when staff found one then hob in room didnt work no sky channels on tv Staff were not helpful at all in helping us find carparking close to hotel as they only have 7 single car parks for a 8 story hotel building 🤔
