We had the most wonderful stay, this place felt like living in another timeline, our luxurious cave was wonderful to fit my whole family. Service by Flavia in front desk was great. She was attentive and hard worker. I want to highlight. The restaurant experience was so good. We will never forget dinner with the most breathtaking views of Matera, and food delicious

Service and attentions were fantastic. Cave room with patio was well appointed and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable and authentic experience. We stayed for 7 nights. Room and view = amazing (clean, comfortable, convenient). Get room 55-i !! Staff = amazing...attentive, professional, and understanding. Restaurant = food, selection, accommodation, ambiance, view...all amazing. keep that Greek Yogurt stocked (...Valentina and team...thank you for all your support!). Laundry = only drawback here. **Management...please find another solution.

Breaktaking views of Matera. Our room was lovely and large. The breakfasts were excellent. When we arrived, we were first greeted at the front desk by Martina. A lovely young woman wanting to learn the hospitality industry. She was We also met a very industrious young person, Alessandro. We first saw him sweeping leaves from the steps to the restaurant. Later, he carried our luggage down all those steps to the van. In every encounter he was smiling. Definitely an asset for this hotel.very clear and providing us information about this lovely hotel.
