The food was excellent. The service by the beach was awful.

The staff was always so happy and helpful. The property is gorgeous, from the trail in the rainforest to the private beach.

Very beautiful, and everyone is so nice– we had a great time. We had a rental car, which made it much easier to get around the area, and in and out of the steep drive down to the entrance.

The resort is beautiful. It’s has beautiful views. Staff is phenomenal and absolutely friendly! The breakfast is delicious.

It is a beautiful resort with all kinds of wonderful views of the ocean, and the woods. We enjoyed parasailing at a nearby location.

Staying at this property was like staying at a 5 star private jungle resort. We loved it! Monkeys, iguanas, crabs, birds, and sloths are everywhere! The staff went out of their way everyday to deliver great service and to help us find the animals every day! We have stayed at a lot of resorts but this one was by far the best!
