Arenas Del Mar Beachfront & Rainforest Resort Member of the Cayuga Collection

Our stay was way too short but the staff at Arenas del Mar were nothing short of amazing. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to help make any request happen was wonderful.

This place was amazing. Great location right in the rain forest by the beach. The room was spacious with a large balcony and great view. The private beach was a highlight and easy to get all to yourself. The included breakfast as well as dinner and drinks were all good quality and fresh. Overall the best part was the service though. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Gorgeous location, and amazing service! We had a bit of an issue in the beginning, but the stall was amazing and VERY quickly helped us resolve the situation and upgraded us to the best suite in the hotel. Overall, Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and friendly, attentive staff. AC unit failed at once point and staff came in at 9pm to fix it. Enjoyed the rooms and facilities very much so.

Arenas Del Mar was one of the best locations that my wife and I stayed at. The beach was so breathtaking alone with the rainforest. Think about it having the both together right at your door step for the price of one, and talking about price the resort was extremely affordable. I would recommend this property as a charming experience. It was perfect for my wife’s birthday, I really scored choosing this property. Thanks a million

The staff takes care of the property and educates you on how they are environmentally friendly. The staff goes above and beyond. Freddie and Eduardo helped book our tours, Luis remembers "no onions" for our meal,Cristian recommended local places to eat and see, Ariel took care of us and made sure our visit was amazing. We created a new friendship with Maurico while whale watching. Vacation of our dreams. Pura Vida.

Free non buffet breakfast disappointing. Beach amenities disappointing. Two small pools. But room and staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. They get the best rating! Perhaps better in peak season. August is off season.

This is the perfect hotel to relax. Relatively small hotel, you’ll never see too many people. Food is great. Rooms are neat. Staff is very friendly. Great place if you are visiting Costa Rica and wish to take tours to several locations.

The resort is beautiful and the service impeccable. The staff bent over backwards to respond to every need and question. The beach left something to be desired and not much to do at the resort especially in the evening after 9:00 p.m.
