Rooms dirty, no pool, no breakfast.

In the lobby bathroom there was no toilet paper and paper towels on the floor with feces. The fire alarm in the room was removed. The toilet dirty. Headboard and dressers scratched. Room smelled. Could smell cigarette and marijuana in the halls. For $400 a night it was horrible!

Location was 10min away from where we needed to be.

Construction inside, was not told pool would be down, stairs smelled of Marijuana. No Coffee machine available. Toilet made weird sounds for 3min after flushing.side door did not latch properly. So you did not need a key card.

Lady at check in saved the day (nights) when it turns out we had not actually completed the reservation process! Young man at golf course rescued us off the course & took us back to the hotel.

I was told after I checked in that no breakfast was available. Also that the pool was unavailable as well.

Two lamps in the room had faulty bulbs. One flickered like a strobe light after it was turned on. The other shut off after being on for a short period then came back on after a few minutes on its own. No soap in the bathroom. Coffee packets and cups were available but no coffee maker. I was told to get my coffee in the lobby. Only two rows of chips in vending machine and two packets of laundry soap. Rest of racks were empty. No iron or ironing board in room.

The hotel canceled my reservation

The first day we checked in was so easy with the staff being so helpful but the next day we decided to stay and we went though what I needed to do to stay another night because I booked threw Booking . Com So later on a different staff person was working she was very rude and saying I had to put a deposit down that we didn’t the night before . Thought I was going to be able to sleep in she came to my door and told me I had to come downstairs and help resolve the issue. After that she called my room and informed me That I had company on the way up which it was my boyfriend that was staying with me. She was being snotty with him and she was like Gestapo
